Chicken Shish Kabob

Marinade Ingredients


6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
6 boneless chicken breasts

Method

Cut chicken breasts into 1" cubes and thread on metal or wooden skewers. (If using wood skewers, soak in water for one hour first.) Thread onto 4-6 skewers depending on number of servings desired.

Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over chicken skewers and marinate 4-8 hours.
Prepare barbecue grill. Grill over hot coals 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook or chicken will be tough and dry.
